What are your shipping times?

We ship our orders within 48 hrs. for standard shipping and 24 hrs. for priority orders.

Do you offer curbside pick-up?

Yes, we do! We offer curbside pick-ups at 90 Stadium Rd., Toronto. View on Google maps Please allow 48 hrs. for us to process your order, and we will contact you with safe pick-up instructions.

 

Teas 

Where do your teas come from?

We work with a tea supplier that is part of the amazing not-for-profit tea organization Ethical Tea Partnership (ETP). This organization works to embrace positivity and opportunity with programs located throughout Africa and Asia. ETP tackles current issues of sustainability, income, living conditions and opportunities for women, farmers and workers in the tea sector, and we are proud of their work within the tea community. Are your teas bagged or loose leaf? 

At Plentea, we are all about the creation of unique flavours. We only sell high-quality loose leaf tea blends to ensure that you will be able to measure, mix and brew a delicious cup of tea every time.

Do your teas contain sugar?

We do not add any sugar to our teas.

What are natural flavours?

Natural flavours come from natural sources, like fruit, oils or extracts, which are then processed, fermented, or distilled. In short, natural flavours create unique flavours for teas.

Do you offer tea subscriptions? 

Are you interested in getting the full Plentea experience? We do offer a tea subscription service, and you can easily subscribe when checking out on our online shop!

How should I store my tea?

To keep your tea blends fresh for as long as possible, we suggest storing your tea in an opaque, air-tight container, away from strong odors, humidity or sunlight.
